Main functions of intelligent emulsified asphalt distribution equipment:

1. Intelligent control: the spraying operation control can be completed in the cab. The touch screen sets the spraying amount, and the rear operation platform is available. 2. Quantitative spraying: the spraying process is controlled by the microcomputer in the whole process, the pump speed is synchronized with the vehicle speed, the computer speed compensation is adopted, and the independent external power output is adopted. Once the distribution amount is set, it will not be affected by the speed change within the recommended speed range, and the distribution amount has high accuracy. 3. Width control: the distribution width can be adjusted freely. With unique nozzle design, it can be controlled manually and independently. The maximum spraying width is 3.8m. The unique nozzle design can conduct three overlapping spraying, and the spraying amount is very uniform within the range of 0.4-2.5KG/m2. 4. Asphalt circulation: asphalt can form the circulation of asphalt tank filter asphalt pump asphalt tank to prepare for spraying. 5. Convenient maintenance: After spraying, the asphalt pump and nozzle do not need to be cleaned with diesel oil. The asphalt in the pipeline and spraying pipe is pressed back to the tank with high-pressure air, and then the oil circuit and nozzle are purged. 6. Heating and insulation: asphalt and asphalt overflow part shall be heated by heat transfer oil throughout the whole process, without heating dead angle. 7. Free configuration: the equipment is self powered, and the selected vehicle chassis must have low speed stability (3-8 km/h).
