Equipment structure principle.
Asphalt off-barrel equipment mainly consists of off-barrel box, lifting mechanism, hydraulic propeller, heat-conducting oil heating system, heat-conducting oil piping system and electrical control system and other parts. The box is divided into two chambers, the upper chamber for the barrel of asphalt melting room, surrounded by heating coils, heating tubes and asphalt barrels mainly in the form of radiation heat exchange, to achieve the purpose of asphalt off the barrel, two rails for the asphalt barrel into the track. The lower chamber is mainly used for heating the asphalt coming out of the drum. So that the temperature reaches the pump suction temperature (100 ℃) asphalt reaches a certain temperature after the start of the asphalt pump, through the asphalt piping system, from one end of the off-barrel device out, playing into the other end of the off-barrel device for circulation, so that both the cycle of heating, but also dehydration, in the basic reach the use of temperature and no moisture pumped into the asphalt storage tank. In the asphalt piping system, a filtering device is installed to automatically remove the asphalt trapped in the barrel. The lifting mechanism adopts a cantilever structure, lifting the asphalt drum by electric hoist, placing the drum on the turning platform by the moving cooperation of the rotating crane, which will turn the drum to the opening downwards and push the drum into the asphalt melting chamber by the hydraulic cylinder.
