Bagged asphalt melting equipment is a new type of asphalt melting equipment developed by our company: this equipment is a special equipment for dividing, melting and heating up tonne bags (bales) or large solid asphalt by using high temperature heat-conducting oil or high temperature fumes as the heat source, through pipe bundles and coils. Using heat-conducting oil and exhaust gas as the heating medium, the process piping is designed to meet the heat energy required to melt lumps or bags of asphalt to achieve a continuous melting of asphalt; and has automatic dewatering and slag removal functions. The working principle of the bagged asphalt melting equipment: DBL-Asphalt melting equipment is mainly used for the melting of block or bagged asphalt, with heat-conducting oil as the medium, and heat-conducting oil heating equipment. The device has the functions of heating, melting, storage and dross removal, etc. It is a product for high grade highway construction units. The asphalt melting equipment is divided into two parts, the upper part is the block or bag asphalt melting room, surrounded by heating coils, heating tubes and asphalt mainly in the form of radiation heat exchange, to achieve the purpose of asphalt melting; equipment with a number of feeding ports. The lower part is mainly to continue heating the asphalt out of the bag, so that the temperature reaches the pumping temperature (130), and then pumped into the high temperature tank by the asphalt pump, if the heating time can be extended to obtain a higher temperature.

Process flow.
Firstly, commission the equipment so that all parts are in good running condition and the heat-conducting oil is treated by dehydration. Start the equipment → heating oil heating tube group in the tank → the system will melt the ton bag (bag) of asphalt lifting to the various inlet → the bottom of the broken bag into the inlet → high temperature cutting heating tube group gradually decomposition of asphalt blocks → cut soft asphalt pieces fall into the bottom of the heating and warming area → asphalt further heating melting warming to the required temperature → by the external pump group transported to the asphalt storage tank or directly loaded. There is no slagging device at the bottom of the melting tank, a separate heater is attached and the tank is cleaned after a period of operation depending on the situation.
 
Main components of the equipment. Burner, melting tank main body (containing cutting, heating pipe set, heating pipe set for heating, δ=100mm outer insulation layer), heat-conducting oil expansion tank, circulation pump, tonne bag (bag) lifting system, slag discharge system, finished asphalt external pump, valve assembly, electric control system, temperature and pressure measuring display, etc. .
